Swimsuits are great but you guys really need to invest in your customer service. I tried to contact about a glitch order before the swimsuit was even shipped. Never got a response, had to then wait till the glitch order was delivered and send it back. Its been almost a month and im still waiting for my money to get returned. While the swimsuits may be great, you will continue to get mid reviews if your customer service is this poor.
Such a fabulous shop! I’ve had my eye on these swim suits for aaages and finally decided to treat myself for a holiday. I did have to send one size back as it didn’t fit quite right but the exchange was a super easy process. The material feels so silky smooth. Super cute, May have to treat myself again :p
Terrible customer service - don't buy if you plan on returning anything! Clearly such a disorganised company that can't keep track of returns and the customer service team are so passive aggressive and rude - that's if you can actually get a reply! Wish I'd read the reviews sooner. Still waiting for my refund despite it being delivered weeks ago. AVOID!!!

The quality of the bikini is great, but I had some issues with sizing. The XS top was absolutely tiny, and looked like it was made for a child. On sending this item back, I had some issues with the returns process. I got an email confirmation that my return had been received but they didn't send me my money back until I reached out to customer service a few weeks later. They have an "instant chat" on their site, but you don't get a reply for a couple of days.
Love my new bikini!Very good quality, came quickly. I plan to buy a one piece for my upcoming holiday. Hard to find swimwear that is so flattering and makes me feel confident!Only thing I would say is the hygiene stickers are quite flimsy. Tried on and I think due to the thong-like fit of the bottoms the scrunching caused the not very sturdy sticker to move. I think they use sustainable materials for their stickers which is great but maybe why less sturdy.Luckily I didn’t want to return them as they’re amazing! But could have been stuck if didn’t fit so just to be cautious when trying on and ensure to readjust gently (and of course wear underwear etc)
