Got a bikini set from this company. The top was great but the bottoms were 5 inches smaller than the size guide, tried to contact customer service and they would not acknowledge the fact that the size guide was incorrect and kept telling me the size up even though I had already sized up with the size I had purchased. I tried to exchange but everything was sold out in my size so I ended up returning and it actually took so long that I forgot about it and now almost 4 months of them receiving my return I’ve got my refund.It’s sad because I really like the idea of this brand but the execution is so poor. The only thing they seem to stay on top of is their Instagram posts.
Item didn’t fit so I returned and ordered another size. The return was received but a refund never issued. I have been in contact for weeks and nothing has been resolved, just been asked repeatedly to check with my bank. Even provided a copy of my bank statement so prove I hadn’t received refund. Wouldn’t recommend
Awful customer service!! I have been admiring this brand for so long and thought I would finally treat myself to one of their swimsuits as they are an investment piece with a high price point. However, I like that that they are sustainable and use recyclable materials. They originally sent me the wrong product in the wrong colour. This is annoying however mistakes happen and returned the item within 24 hours. 20 days after my original order they have now said the swimsuit is dirty and will not exchange or refund me!! I did not even try the swimsuit on due to being the incorrect product. I have yet to have response from them.I am so disappointed as I wanted to love this brand and support a small business but it is completely unacceptable how rude they have been and it looks like I am not the only person to experience this. I do not recommend at all.
Very cute swimsuit and the quality was great, a tad bit skimpier than I thought but hugs the body pretty nicely (I'm a size small and 5"2). Shipping also took incredibly long, although I doubt that's the poster's fault.The straps are adjustable so you can cross them over in racerback style or have them come straight down! I'm a 12C cup and my chest fit perfectly fine in the small, which I was pleasantly surprised with considering the cut of the swimsuit/past experiences.Pretty happy with it! Haven't tested it in water yet but with my bust size I would expect to be careful when swimming around as the v-neck is quite deep down the middle - although if I wanna play around and do backflips I'd just wear a more supportive suit or a rash shirt on top.
Really loved this bikini top and bottoms great colour and quality , the top medium was slightly too big but returned easily for a small after very helpful customer service ! Small a perfect fit . Will definitely buy from this company again
Horrible experience! I ordered a size small in one of their bikinis, received it, tried it on and sent it back the next day, as it was too small. The seller accused me of removing the hygiene strip, soiling the bikini, and leaving sweat marks around the lining. Completely false and untrue! I sent it back with the request of exchanging for a different size, why would I wear and soil an item that I plan to exchange and not receive a refund for? It makes no sense. Avoid this brand at all costs!!
