I placed an order purchasing parts recommended via their registration search facility. Dispatch and delivery were excellent but 2 of the 4 parts were not the correct items for my vehicle. Interestingly, their site lists the correct part as not fitting my vehicle, of which they only had front left listed.
After an email to support I received a response from Noah requesting further information about my vehicle in order to remedy the situation. I replied straight away and have received crickets in response despite sending further follow up emails to Noah via support and the online contact facility.
Sparesbox's phone number 1300 117 587 is disconnected when I call......very dodgy.
I require the parts today not some time in the future so I had no choice but to reorder from another supplier who answered my calls promptly with courtesy.
Meanwhile here I am with $414 worth of useless parts and $400 of parts coming.

Repeatedly advertised items as “in stock” but shipped late or not at all. Multiple orders delayed — one took over 6 weeks and only moved after I repeatedly contacted customer service, who gave vague apologies and no reliable solution. Poor inventory management and communication; I don’t recommend this store.

Clutch Reservoir Issues

I ordered a clutch reservoir, but the lid is far too large for the reservoir and lacks threading. What am I supposed to do with this so-called 'complete replacement'? Additionally, it took over 3 weeks to arrive. It's frustrating that parts ordered from overseas arrive faster than this.

I ordered parts that were listed as in stock but received no updates for a week. After three inquiries, I found out that the parts were on back order with an 8+ day lead time. I wouldn’t recommend this service if you need items in a timely manner.

Incompatible Items

With two vehicles in my garage, I found that none of the items suited either of them. Every search returned a message stating that the items were not compatible. When I reached out for assistance, they requested extensive details, including VIN numbers. It’s frustrating, and I've found other shops to be much easier to deal with.

Quick Resolution with Refund

I ordered a part that was designated for my vehicle. The delivery was swift and well-packaged, but it didn’t fit. They refunded my money, including the original postage, and told me not to worry about returning the small item.
