Looking at other reviews, others have had payment problems too.
I worked at Boha London 31st Dec, 7.5 hours which the client approved. I am still waiting to be paid. Ive tried several times to speak to an actual human on the phone but it is IMPOSSIBLE.
I know that they will reply to this review with the usual AI response "please email support" YES I HAVE DONE THAT SEVERAL TIMES and it achieves NOTHING.
Zero empathy, zero phone or in-person support when something goes wrong. It's infuriating. I'm tearing my hair out now not knowing what to do except leave as many negative reviews as possible hoping they actually pay attention and sort my problem out rather than give the same generic AI responses.
If the client hasn't paid then Temper must chase it up - it's NOT my job to work in accounts as well as being a waiter!!!!!

Awful! They don’t care at all what you need as a company as long they have their 4€ per hour! If someone cancels and they look for a substitute you don’t get the chance to accept or choose the substitute! If you want to cancel the person because he’s not fit then you have to pay him or her 50% of the not worked hours! Why should I pay for someone I didn’t choose?! There are plenty of other platforms. You can’t even call them to complain!
