For my mothers birthday she wanted noise cancelling earbuds, I originally ordered the Glass blue Sony C710s, but after bringing up the choices to my mother (it was still a surprise) I realised she really liked the pink version so I knew I had to at least try and see if I could email them and ask if they would be so kind as to change them to pink.They not only swapped them for the pink ones they also cancelled the blue ones which were already on the way no hassles at all, so I can honestly say that they did a very good job, and I can also confirm the item was the real genuine Sony product, and I have registered them with Sony already.Thanks again to Emma for being understanding and swapping them for me.
All went very well. Television arrived in good order at a good price and appears to be working well. Delivery was a little delayed but I am not sure where the hold up was but the delivery guy was very helpful and arrived at the time he said. Thank you.
Bought two TVs from them so far, and it's been a highly professional and excellent experience.Second TV was for my sister, and despite it not being part of their service they went above and beyond to deliver it on time for my visit, so I could wall mount and install for her.No issues at all, with delivery, quality or customer service. If it is a bit extra money over say, Amazon... It is actually worth it for that better service.
