After ordering this TV fromAnother online retailer and being let down with delivery twice and then the wrong item being sent. I found it on Spatial Online. Although £30 dearer order and they were spot on delivered as stated 2 days after order and Delivery was advsd with 3 hour slot day before and text n the morning before arriving. Would definitely use again 👍🏻

Great Tv, arrived quickly delivery company were good. But I needed to organise a Saturday delivery or next day delivery as I work and when I phoned the chap wasn’t very helpful - basically said nothing to do with them speak to delivery company. But I’m your customer! So I ended up having to get it delivered to a family members house and go and collect from them! And that meant taking a leap of faith and ordering to enable me to select delivery option via the courier. You should be able to select delivery options and nominated days when ordering not rely on hope that the courier is ok after ordering So option to pay extra for Sat delivery or nominated day when ordering would be more helpful and less bluntness on phone would have been good. But otherwise happy so 4 star not 5

My 74-year-old father has been waiting…

My 74-year-old father has been waiting 9 weeks for his replacement TV. I was assured it would finally be delivered on Monday, 3rd November, so I took the day off work to be at home. They confirmed 3 times delivery would be Monday 3rd November. On the day of delivery, the courier cancelled it, claiming the supplier (Spatial) had not provided the stock.Today, the tracking status falsely shows the TV as delivered, when it has not arrived. I have contacted both Spatial and the courier three times since yesterday and received no response from either.I am now left taking unpaid time off work, with no idea if or when the TV will actually arrive. This is completely unacceptable.Edit: I managed to get through to SPATIAL via their life chat but they essentially stone walled me and wouldn't tell me anything, not even what happened with delivery of our TV, if they have it there and delivery will be rescheduled, if they had it at all, nothing. Just told me they can't comment.
