Hands down most useless customer service. I purchased a few items online that weren’t compatible with my bike and reached out to see if I could exchange it and got the response that they can’t exchange the item and that they're sorry they don’t have better answer. Now I’m stuck with an odd part that no one wants online. Another time I had a question about availability of an accessory and I was told to go to their dealer to ask about it. Which the dealer had no clue about.
I've owned a Specialised Diverge Sport full carbon bike for 24 months and the Future Shock has failed, grinding, sound & feels rough when in operation. Investigation with dealers, and online, it been reported that its recommended after 500hrs of use, the Furure Shock requires a full service, mine appears to be past that and requires a complete replacement, at a cost of £150. I wish I'd been told this at purchase, as I would had second thoughts. Having said this I have to acknowledge that this bike was before the issue of the failing Future Shock, the most comfortable bike I've owned.
I used to have a Specialized bike. It was a carbon fibre and it wasn’t great. The cost was too much and it wasn’t great cycling it on UK roads because the tarmac is poor quality. It wasn’t very good although it was comfortable. The service from Specialized wasn’t good and their website is not very helpful either. The concept stores are too "Specialized" and only supply their products.
Specialized bikes are unreliable, no service. Dont buy Specialized! Ive got a 3999€ EBike from them, its 1.5 years old now and already broken. The engine broke from the frame and Im waiting FOR three Weeks FOR a new one. And still waiting...
First of all this company do such a false advertisement. And then their customer service SUCK. If you call and Rob answer then just hang up. He's super arrogant, as many other reviewers mentioned. Save your time and money and give business to someone else who appreciate your business, money & time.
Bought a Specialized Levo FSR; this is a £3.6k eBike. It’s been used approximately 5-10 times on tarmac, no trails, few runs to the beach. The bike is barely two months old and now refuses to power on.Incredulous that a bike at this price point can have these failures, completely unacceptable.
