I purchased my first pair of prescription glasses. They were varifocal. The distance element was good but I find the reading/close work section not as good as my reading glasses. I also think they were very expensive compared to buying them on a online sight. The design options were good and the staff very efficient.
Had my eye test with Ellie who was really engaging and attentive. Felt like it was thorough and clear. She explained all about the test and the results and everything ran smoothly and to time. The team outside were very welcoming and warm and were very helpful in helping me decide on some new frames. Lovely team and great service. New glasses arrived promptly and communication was excellent.
