Relaxed atmosphere, (I was very nervous) at Specsavers in Sainsburys. All staff I spoke to were cheerful and friendly. My appointment was handled very efficiently. The only slight difficulty was trying on spectacles in the main area. I know Specsavers have an App so you can "try glasses on " in private but I didn't use it.
