Awful! Was sent the wrong prescription.

I received my glasses and they were not my prescription. I know this as I had them checked in store. I’m unable to see through them and feel like I’ve wasted money on something I can’t use.

Brilliant eye test.

The lady who tested my eyes was excellent, she confirmed that my eyesight had deteriorated as I suspected, answered all my questions satisfactorily and had some very good suggestions for me, I was very pleased. Well done specsavers!.

The visit was to collect new specs…

The visit was to collect new specs following an eye test and new prescription a couple of weeks earlier.I was dealt with promptly, and with courtesy and after some small adjustments to the frame left with the new specs with which I am very happy.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever . Staff are rude and unhelpful. And they didnt have one pair of glasses suitable apparently after being forced to have bifocals i didnt want on return wouldnt replace as promised if didnt like them . Avoid the blackpool one either way
