The process was very good

The process was very good, with immediately good results with my vision. Everyone was excellent (tests and help in selecting frames) and my only complaint is the guy who did the final fitting who did not listen to anything I said, brushed over my questions. So I had to go to another branch later to have two pairs adjusted. This was the Stockton branch

I can see clearly now

My experience in the store was excellent particularly with the optician Isobel & with Colin, a charming Irish man who managed to rectify the problems I was having with my new glasses. I had made two previous visits to explain my difficulties which were not resolved. This is the only reason why I am unable to award five stars.
