Review Time
I was welcomed and indicated a place to wait. The wait was short and I was seen immediately by a very pleasant contact lens specialist. I was then invited to wait for the pre- tests to the eye examination. This was a bit delayed due to the busyness of customers needing service. The interview with the optician was conducted efficiently and new glasses prescribed. No delays, all clear, great!
Having the eye test was A1, the guy was lovely and explained everything during the eye test especially about the eye scan I had. Was disappointed with the long wait for the 3 pairs of glasses , communication wasn’t very good and no one could be bothered look for them ,no one answers the phone had to wait 4 weeks after complaining online , I thought they lost my glasses.
