I tried to order contact lenses twice, but each time it was refused. I had an eye test earlier this year but hadn't a contact lense check for a couple of years. After the 1st time I got my prescription signed by a Specsavers optician to validate my contact lense prescription and this was still refused. Make your service more personalised and actually look at documents that have been uploaded!
