Review Time
I have used Specsavers in the past and experienced problems. So went elsewhere. However I did recently go back. The wrong lenses were fitted. So much for final inspection and quality control Not the first time that this has happened to me at Specsavers.
Shop was very busy and during my eye appointment I was seen by 4 separate members of staff, which made it very disjointed.1: initial questions2:scan 3:optician4:sales person for choosing framesI also complained at the time that the position of the frame during the examination was uncomfortable and causing neck pain. Although it was slightly adjusted, it resulted in searing pain for 5 days, possibly a pinched nerve.
