Wife went for her yearly eye test at a different branch to which she regular uses due to convenience but was informed that the eye test couldn't be done due to branches been " SEPARATE FRANCHISES " .I found this unbelievable, what has happened. Gave a 3* because the girl receptionist was great at explaining this crazy situation. 🤷♂️
I had an appointment organised for Sunday to collect my new glasses but happened to be in Forfar on the Thursday before. I telephoned and asked if it would be possible to be seen and they were very helpful and fitted me in to save me a further journey.
I returned two pairs of varifocals as I was experiencing double vision with them. I was seen by Marshall who was really helpful he arranged for another vision test and I am now waiting for new lenses to be fitted . Hopefully the problem will be solved but if not was told to return again for further help. Spytty branch Newport Gwent
