Shop was very busy and during my eye appointment I was seen by 4 separate members of staff, which made it very disjointed.1: initial questions2:scan 3:optician4:sales person for choosing framesI also complained at the time that the position of the frame during the examination was uncomfortable and causing neck pain. Although it was slightly adjusted, it resulted in searing pain for 5 days, possibly a pinched nerve.
Excellent service again from all staff who are always ready + happy to help,whether it's selecting new pair of glasses or fixing my glasses when in need of attention.I've been along time customer to spec savers ( belle vale) liverpool for a number of years now + would always strongly recommend them as they have never let me down,many thanks spec savers belle vale 👍 Steve
