Review Time
Was phoned and offered an approved loan. Was kept on the phone with him for over two hours the first day and sent in what was asked for. Near the end of the call he insisted that I had to go to the local store and purchase gift cards to pay for insurance I didn't want. I have had many loans, which I paid off in full and never been asked to purchase gift cards to get a loan. The next day I phoned him back and after another run around was told to again go buy the gift cards or theu will cancell the loan. In the end he said he will cancel the loan because I refused to purchase gift cards. Now my bank shows the money as being deposited but not accessable. I am definetly not pleased with their service.
To be honest 1 star is way too many for the service they offering.Online application will take more than 2 days to get response. When you call them on number provided it will go to voicemail saying all agents are busy and they never get back to us.After paying my first loan on Friday i needed to wait till next friday to re borrow which I only got 5 days to pay back. I emailed them to defer my payment to following week as its not worthy to pay interest for 5 days however its been 3 days i have not received any response of my emailThe super worst customer service I encountered ever.

I’m currently waiting still to finalize my loan it’s been two days and I signed my agreement twice and nobody has got back to me I tried to call them 8 times today to tell me after 15 minutes that all there agents are busy with other applicants and they don’t call back..

Do not use this company! They are incompetent and terrible to deal with. They keep asking for the same information over and over. I signed two different contracts and cannot get an answer. At this point I am feeling scammed. I gave them all my banking info and nothing in return. Tried calling, wait on hold for an absurd amount of time and the calls ends.
