Would give a 0 if possible. Im writing only about my experience with the online loans. It is literally impossible to speak with anybody from the company for online support. I left over 5 boicemails a day and numerous emails. Both say that due to how busy they are they cant take your inquiry. The first time I took a loan with them, I had to submit my banking information 3 times and my loan application 4 times before they finally approved it 5 days later. Definitely not "speedy." When I paid my loan on time, I had to reborrow one more time. It takes a minimum of 3 days for your payment to show up online before you can reborrow. I spoke with a nice lady at a branch who got me to send proof showing the payment clear so that I could reborrow. I again submitted my loan application with banking ... and nothing. Another email the next day saying I had to submit all my info again, which I did.. and silence. Again numerous voicemails and emails and no response. I wrote an email nicely explaining my frustration that I cant get a hold of me to which I got an email back the next day saying they cant approve me for a loan even though my income had not changed or anything, and I paid on time. I easily went to another company who approved me and sent me my money within 2 hours on a weekend. It is simply not worth the stress when there are so many better options. They are clearly short staffed, ir negligent at best. If you must use this company - go into a branch.
There is nothing speedy about this company it’s been 4 days signed twice still no funds no one calls can’t reach anyone by email or by phone…last email I sent said cancel my application still no response very concerned this company is a SCAM
I have been a customer for years. Typically I have not had many issues aside from their lack of professionalism and how low of a priority I seem to be as a customer. Out of the blue though, I have been completely cutoff by the company. For 5 days now they have not updated my account with my payment so I could borrow again. I have written email after email and called many many times. There has been no effort on their part to reach me. The phone number has even been set to refuse messages. 5 days and not even one call or message! They do not value their customers at all!!!
This was my first time using them, and I wont ever cone back. Customer Service is NON EXISTENT. It does not exist. I doubt ANYONE actually works at Speedy Cash. I called, called called, and always got an answering machine saying they were experiencing higher than normal call volumes. This was automatic, everytime I called. I have left my name, my phone number, I have emailed multiple times. No response. Nothing. This company is ATRIOCIOUS. Holy Moly. Like....it should probably be reported because it feels like a giant scam.If I could rate it 0/10 I would.
I deleted my original comment because they finally answered my email after 6 days of me trying to get ahold of them for a renewal. However they have stopped replying once again. Please respond to my email, I signed the agreement however have not heard a response back. This has now been 7 days , I’m about to cancel my application if I do not receive a response in the next couple hours. Hannah
WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!! good luck getting ahold of anyone at customer service. Phones are constantly not accepting any calls no matter how many times a day you call. Good luck waiting 4 weeks to be able to re borrow after the payment leaves your account. Don't respond to emails either have sent numerous emails over the last 2 weeks and still no response.

I applied on Wednesday, email came to sign the contract which I did then I called and called and called to finalize the loan as I needed it that day. Nothing , thursday email cane saying sign the contract yet again then nothing, on friday email came saying the bmo debit card I have link is master card , I replied that its a BMO debit card anyone with BMO has exactly the sane then I called again and again nothing….Saturday and Sunday each I received an email to sign contract On Monday again an email came saying exactly the same. Worst experience ever , no one called me no one answered when I made 30 plus calls and send ten emails!
