I applied for a loan 4 days ago, and I still haven't seen a dime yet I was approved. I have overpaid by $263.50 and now nobody will respond to refund me my overpayment. They have become just like most scam payday loan companies. I have called 196 times and emailed asking for a Manager to call me and ZERO REPLY and even did verification of my payment with them

Worked with them for 2 and a half years now without any issues but ever since they changed their system two months ago, they suck. They don’t answer phone calls, voicemails or emails. It’s ridiculous! in the past I could do a partial payment when needed and add it to the end of the loan and they would reply to my email promptly and now they don’t even reply. It’s terrible. It’s terrible customer service esp when I’m a good customer who always pays, is respectful and doesn’t swear, and yet they still suck

Was phoned and offered an approved loan. Was kept on the phone with him for over two hours the first day and sent in what was asked for. Near the end of the call he insisted that I had to go to the local store and purchase gift cards to pay for insurance I didn't want. I have had many loans, which I paid off in full and never been asked to purchase gift cards to get a loan. The next day I phoned him back and after another run around was told to again go buy the gift cards or theu will cancell the loan. In the end he said he will cancel the loan because I refused to purchase gift cards. Now my bank shows the money as being deposited but not accessable. I am definetly not pleased with their service.
