I have now processed multiple redemptions from this site. The first redemption takes slightly longer, as it goes via ach, but even with that, these redemptions have been no muss, no fuss. This place should be commended for doing things the right way.
Bad bad business very deceptive especially when it comes to players and rewards and deals. Not worth it here, you'll win big and then they'll shut you off and take it back. They didn't get it all back this time I'm closing my account and moving on to better sites that actually rewards their players and gives them deals, this place doesn't do any of that. It's a poverty site stay away from here.
Don’t use. They take ur chips. Tried the ten for 30 got down to 15 and won 30. And lost basically than on. Even bonuses I hit afterwards paid 2 dollars. So I went to try black jack. Sat there never had any cards delt to me. When I left I had zero chips. Customer service said I made a bet of 5.43 who does that. I sure didn’t. They said once a bet is made it’s final. Even if I’m not delt any cards. And where is the option to bet 5.43 it would have been 5.00. Just warning u. Bunch of crooks.
I wish they would add more game providers, like booming games, evoplay, bgaming etc. Ever since pragmatic play left, I honestly stopped playing on the platform cause it’s lackluster and boring. Not to mention that when my sister requested a redemption they told her that her card doesn’t support’Push To Card’ but yet on other platforms she has no problem receiving her winnings whether being instant redemption, push to card, ach etc. This platform is not great and is a joke.
First , affiliate program is a scam/fake , it's been over 7 or 8 months and not one person has gotten any referral bonuses or "affiliate " payments ever and obviously at this point never will. Second, read all the reviews , do your homework, all this site is here for is an ATM machine for these clowns to go to the casino and make videos gambling on YouTube with the money they take from purchases on spinquest. Pure and outright SCAM. Spinquest SUCKS. No vip program, no referral bonus payments, horrible and the worst support staff rude as f, and don't be fooled by the Almighty daily dollar for logging in , the only reason they don't mind giving it to you is because they know you will never win.. and if by some miracle you do, they won't pay your redemption they will just fabricate a reason to close your account. This place is a disgrace and should be shut down.
Probably the worst rtp on an online casino that i’ve played on and there’s always trouble , long waits and BS when trying to cash out . Wouldn’t recommend this site there’s a ton of better options that include better rtp , instant cash outs and vip rewards systems .
