I’ve cashed out probably 7-8 times but that doesn’t do it justice to how many times I’ve deposited. 40+ times. A guaranteed fact, they have some of the lowest RTP on all of their games for any social casino. Without a doubt. You can win, but be prepared to lose a lot before you even think of hitting big.
I wouldnt recommend playing on this site if u expect to cash out. Just tried to cash out and they said i had more than one account. These sites wont let you have more than one account, because of all the information u put in to get verified. It would kick u straight out. I guess thats one way to keep u from cashing out, saying u violated there policy for having more than one account. Would not recommend to anyone wanting to cash out and all the games are older to. I give it a 5 outta 10.
False advertising about affiliate paymentsThey advertise that they pay back "50%" if you refer people. It's been over 6 months and all my supposed affiliate rewards are just pending. If you ask support what's going on they argue and quibble about the timeframe and claim it's their "top priority" which is just nonsense as they've been saying this for months now. This could be added within a day or two but instead they drag their feet for 6+ months. I'm owed probably a thousand dollars or more as I've referred dozens of people but I've received a big fat $0. Don't trust these liars.
Honestly wouldn't waste your time. Same as stake, legendz. Minimal games. You never win regardless of what you spend. Bluff you should be ashamed for promoting this scam site ... I deposited 300$ didn't even play come back and I have 190$ I didn't even play not one game.,. Then I get kicked out with 100$ on the 6 and 8 25 on the 4 5 9 and 10 a 6 hit twice and a 4 I didn't get paid for any of them and had zero in my account when I got logged back in ... Customer service is absolutely terrible they told me 3 days ago they would respond and look at it and still haven't heard anything from them !!! We are playing with real money not candy and the errors have to be fixed...
I currently have .40 in my account while my playthrough requirement to redeem is $43. Apparently the free daily reward has 3x play through requirement and blackjack only counts towards .20 per play. Because of this wonky system I now have no chance of redeeming and have no reason to add any money to this app. Thankfully I only deposited $10 before learning this.
Ended up requesting $282 on a redemption after being fully verified then I was told they were going to keep my money because they detected multiple accounts by which were obviously fraudulent because I'm verified on one account I read terms and conditions and fully understand you cannot have multiple accounts but they try to justify not cashing me out the money by that rule alone and said but you can continue to play and we will honor future redemptions from this same account I'm being scammed for $282 but we cannot essentially pay you right now because the RTP for the weekend was too high and don't have the money to pay it but please continue to use this account your contacting us from and will honor your future redemptions but this one we will not. They tried to tell me I use multiple accounts to earn money all inside of one account that is impossible I don't care who you are or what platform you are they are a scam they are scandalous and please heed my warning on that. They used a lie and fake excuse to justify on their end not to pay me yet cannot even provide proof that someone else had made any other account in my name which is a bigger issue
