I was charged twice believing that I was getting a car seat prize. Once I received a second charge I was conserved that my order had been repurchased. I contacted the support team and they reassured me that the seat was not order. I informed them that I did not believe I was paying for a membership. They had fixed the concern and helped with cancel the membership along with help get the charges refunded.

Everything is wrong with this company.

Everything is wrong with this company.! Someone hacked a different account of mine to get my information and card info. They then set up an account through this company and now I’m being charged multiple charges and they’re saying they’ll only refund one of the charges and charging me a cancellation fee!!!! This was a fraudulent cases properly and this company isn’t helping the situation. I would not use them for anything!

Lost my card and someone is buying things with my card, using my information. Make card payments/ information more secure. Send a code to the person or something to confirm it was really them buying the product.

I got a quick response for my inquiry…

I got a quick response for my inquiry but i still have not received my refund. Two charges from Sportquik i was charged ($80 each). In addition i got two charges for $14 each from the website. I was told i can purchase a gift set for $3 USD. I never received any gift from Shoppers. This has been an ongoing issue since Aug 13. Hopefully i get my compensation back as i have been receiving emails that say my compensation has been approved and ahould take 2 weeks to return to ny account.

I filled out some survey online and then it linked me to this site which includes a membership fee. I wasn’t sure what it was and after I requested to cancel and question how this can happen i was emailing back and forth. And to get a refund I needed to fill out this survey.
