Had used for years for all sorts of bets, some rather large. Started using the powerplay when it came out, lost about 4 in a row and received an email saying i had qualified for an extra 3 or so per day. When a couple of these finally won, immediately received an email saying i was given them by mistake and was being banned. Friends of mine say they started getting monitored after one day and eventually just gave up on them.
Sportsbet have recently given out my personal information and betting history to someone i know. I think its so wrong that sportsbet just give out info so easily and breach people's privacy. Is this in your policy??? I Dont think so....
On Melbourne cup day I placed a $25 win bet on race 2 thinking cash back if I run 2nd or 3rd. My horse invincebella susenquently ran second thinking I'm now in line for a bonus bet or cash back only to find they refused saying the bet I placed 8 hours later was classed as my first bet which was for a $2 bet for my daughter not only did they refuse to help (even though the bet slips so time) they then hang up on me ... Never had these problems with crownbet they just don't want to pay when you win or are owed something
I had a 14 game multi on with these crooks worth $30,000 return,i was 6 games in and was looking for a cash out option,to my surprise was not there,been arguing the last 2 days with these cowboys,so they refunded my $30 bet and gave me a $30 bonus bet which would not be near what the cash out would have been,They tell me they can take away the cash out option at any time at their discretion.why ofger it if you are going to take it away and rob your customer?Stay clear of these thieves is what i would recommend.
Very Poor Form Sportsbet!!!!I placed a 5 leg NRL multi bet on the weekend. I won 4 legs and the last leg was Manly Sea Eagles V West Tigers "5th Leg"This game got very close towards the end of the game so I kept an eye on the score and at the 75th minute the score was 26 to 24 manly just winning. I checked the cash out option that sportsbet have and that payout was $245 I didn't want to risk my investment so at the 75th minute I clicked on the cash out button and accepted the $245 and then I green button came up for me to confirm my cash out which I clicked on and then the screen went blank. I pushed cask out, clicked confirm...nothing.I rang customer service this morning and wanted to get this cleared up and the excuse I got was it's late in the game and the market changes so often and the demand was heavy....NOSportsbet....If you are going to offer this feature "cashout" and a customer pushes cash out and then sees confirm cash out and then NOTHING happens....You are taking money from your customers. Very dishonest and NO Integrity.I cancelled my account this morning and asked for my funds to be deposited into my bank account.Very Poor Form Sportsbet ypouy are not doing what you say you will.I DO NOT RECOMMEND SPORTSBET
Terrible service. I clicked on a banner that said bonus bet when you deposit. So i deposited 100. No bonus. Then i get on chat. Chat guy 'MAX' says they're not allowed to give bonus bets. I say ok. I try to withdraw my 100. "no funds". MAX tells me that for "security purposes" you have to gamble your deposit, youre not allowed to withdraw it. MAX then disconnects from chat quite rudely. Did not have these issues with centrebet. js.
