Is there a sub-zero option??I absolutely despise this company. They are nothing more than greedy vultures. When I'm having a good run suddenly they decrease the price and then afew minutes later it's back to what it was. There have been numerous times funds have taken up to 3 days to hit my account whilst other agencies arrive the following day. I've had occasions also where the withdrawals haven't added up and I've had to phone them. They must think we're stupid !! On occasions I've been asked to upload bank account details to prove the funds weren't put in. What they might not realise is I have a separate account and keep tabs on EVERY penny I withdraw and what comes back. I advise every customer to do that too, if they manage to retain any !! Last week I waited 20 minutes to enquire about a bet. It was Monday afternoon FFS !! Hate them. Plenty of other options than these parasites
Bet return not payed until I had 3 live chats (gave up after waiting so long) so I called them and went on hold for 50 minutes on the phone. Had the bet return fixed. The last chance for a business that should be in customer service.
If you have any other option (and you do), do not use these prawns. Happy to take your turnover, have a reasonable win and you lose all access to promo bets. Should be shut down by regulators as being professional sharks. get them on live chat to discuss and they just hang up on you.... a joke of an organization. can see how they spend so much on advertising as they shut out anyone that wins a dollar.
Sports bet is the most dishonorable sports agency out there. Trust me I have account with several different agencies. I have been paid out twice this week and then my money taken back after a protest. Of you pay a bet out houner it or don't pay it in the first place. I saw on there own app official dividends in green saying final results. Bloody Indian givers. Stay away from sports bet. They are shifty and dishonest.
Trust me they are terrible and very dishonest, i am never going to use them again, i tried to put a bet on a mere 20 dollars, but did not make the cutoff so although the money stayed in my account i could not withdraw it, so after an hour of waiting on their so called chat i decided to call so after another 1 hour i finally got someone. i got told this if you can believe it, if you deposit any money, you cant with draw it, you have to bet it, thats a grabbing money disgrace. IE if you deposited maybee 1000 or even 2000 unless you bet it you cant withdraw it, be so careful with this mob there are better out there

I won $34,700 but i can't withdraw it . next day sport bet account closed my account with them .I talked to them on phone and chat still yet I don"t get my account back. It is because i am a girl i can't win that amount , i don't know what to do next .
Customer service screaming at me talking over me won’t pay out a 9000 dollar bet I won have some technical thing where I have to read there terms and conditions about soccer matches have been betting with them for ages now no respect
