I can see I’m not the only one who hates Sportsbet. Been a customer for so long I can’t remember how long. Big on ads but poor on service. Have had Bet With Mates going for a few years now with my son. On Sunday they unilaterally suspended my BWM without explanation. Of course they have the right to do this, as they will tell you. But won’t give reasons when you call and ask and say you will get an email. Of course no email forthcoming. Bet regularly, modest use of promos and over the years we are modestly ahead. I am white hot with anger at this bunch of clowns. Betr are a better proposition and I have just withdrawn all funds from SB and joined Ladbrokes who have mates mode. SB is a dinosaur who waste money on unfunny ads! Good riddance to them!!
They are experts in deceptive techniques to give themselves the edge. Bet returns have gone from 3 per day to 1 to nothing , there wed and sat bet returns on all races have gone !!! They are now the worst app for bets . Advice just use there site for streaming live races it's all there good for while betting on other sites . On the decline for the last 5 years . Bottom dwelling
Every week Sportsbet offers it's usual AFL Footy teaser ... place a same game multi on a Thursday night and, if you lose, you get your money back in BONUS BETS.Well you'd hope so, but it's not necessarily so.I've been using the Sportsbet app for years. I'm a AFL tragic who spends $10-$15 a week during the season to have a punt. Keep me invested in the games, and every now and then pinch a winner.So I am not unfamiliar with the app.What grits my teeth is when you do the usual process and then there's no BET RETURN as promised.The GUI (Graphic User Interface - for the uninitiated) ... the tool presented to you on the device you are holding, which you are meant to navigate the Sportsbet maelstrom, is confounding.Why not just make every Thursday AFL night 'Same Game MULTI' (one only) just paid out.The GUI and the Sportsbet philosophy of a Sporting Punt, should be addressed in my opinion
Beware. Report Sportsbet to ACMASportsbet were allowing payid payments from my account to a third party betting account. I contacted them and the bank on numerous occasions.As I wasn’t the account holder, I couldn’t get any information.It took 3 months and numerous emails and calls before it stopped. I’m a member of Betstop.gov joined 12th of May 2024 Sportsbet firstly apologised for accepting deposits 90 in total, $3760 in total as their own terms and conditions don’t allow. They told me to contact my bank and they ensure I’d get reimbursed Now they say there isn’t any money in the account to refund. Funnily it’s the 2nd time I’d had payid deposits from my account to SportsbetHow could they verify an account yet allow 90 transactions from someone using Betstop.
They are seeing when people get paid and deposit. Then are offering bonuses to them to put money into their account the day before payday’s . They are making people borrow before payday’s so you lose that and more on payday. Needed to think of something when the government stopped credit cards they thought. Cashed out a bet. SportsBet erroneously cashed out both pending bets. Got $4.76 when the bet then paid out $192 only a minute later. Contacted chat immediately and spoke with someone who couldn't speak English properly and was of no help. I emailed to complain about the error and was told any cash out is final despite the error. SportsBet obviously offer small amounts on cash out like that on bets to prey on punters and capitalise on any errors. Must save them a pretty penny.
Pathetic mob. If you're not losing heaps, they won't give you the time of day. Zero stars. Billion dollar ownership & weak as piss. Do not bet here if you have clue. They prey on weak guys with no idea. I'm a losing account too & won't even answer me on chat
Same as all gambling sites waits till your low and hits you with emails and text messages with promotion a clear breach of data and using it for bad aspects make it very difficult to get away from gambling apart from self exclusion no moderation.
