I dont gamble other than the Melbourne Cup but I wanted to place a bet on RFK jr because of the odds. I transferred money across and placed the bet. Sportsbet has a limit on that bet but doesn't tell you that before you transfer the money in for that bet. So basically they reduced the bet and now the remainder of the money is sitting in their coffers. So either I bet it to try to win my own money back or they keep it together. It's highway robbery. If they have a betting limit on an actual bet then they should be saying that upfront so you know not to deposit any more money than that amount. I have emailed Sportsbet and Andrew Wilkie because, quite simply, I have no interest in trying to win my own money back just because they have limits they don't publish anywhere on the bet before you deposit the funds to place the bet. It's the craziest "house-always-win" scenario I have ever heard of.Now they are saying they will refund the extra money but only if I provide my bank details. I have started a case with Paypal instead. I used Paypal so they wouldn't have my bank details. My advice is bet elsewhere. Sportsbet are shady and their customer service is trump-like in their non-answers to any questions you ask them. They couldn't provide a reason for limiting my bet with my money and ignored the part where I asked them why they didn't tell me about the maximum limit before I deposited the money. They disconnected me when I said I wanted the refund through pay pal as I did not trust them with my bank account details and then denied doing so when I immediately contacted them again.

Id give it a zero if i can, both draymond and klay get ejected after 2mins and sportsbet says bets stand per policy bro its a $5 you guys are keeping how sad ia that but i guess this is how the ceo of the company gets rich biggest legal scam company ever keep our $5 bets ita a donation to this thieving company.
In your own interests, I’d recommend stearing well clear of SportsBet.In my opinion, SportsBet is probably the worst larger size business ive dealt with.In my opinion, SportsBet customer service is second rate and grievance handling appalling.It seems to me that SportsBet management isn’t interested in corporate reputation or properly dealing with customer concerns.I’d blame SportsBet Management for this.Some years ago I had a customer service issue with Telstra and then Chief Executive of Telstra offered to meet me to resolve it. Now that’s true leadership SportsBet CEO mr Barni Evans - not cowardice !Surely if the CEO of Telstra can meet with customers, so should you.The Sydney Morning Herald published on 3 August 2023 certain claims about the SportsBet Chief Executive. Missing deposits , started at 7.05pm Qld time . There was notice at all trying to get through for 5 hours , at 8.29pm Qld time I spoke with Dominic, he was very rude cut me and just put me on hold . And now I'm informed it's a payid problem 24 hour fix , and can't even get any bonus bets for compensation. What do you call that ? Been a member for 3 years almost
