I use sportsbet on my Samsung tablet and after the last update it now tells me my device is not compatible. I can use the web site but that is rubbishI have installed the latest updates on my tablet as recommended but it did no good. I am not going to buy a new tablet so I guess I will start betting with another company.

Shocking !! avoid at all cost .I have deleted them and advise others not to deal with this betting agency . I got paid out for a winner on Saturday cats / pies .. they adjusted a mistake they made and reversed funds of 468 from my account 24 hrs later .. traders discretion and told read our terms and conditions. If you google search withdrawal processing times do not believe what you find I am with commonwealth bank and Sportsbet are not processing withdrawals at the times they claim they do the 8:30am 17:10pm 19:15pm 21:00pm supposed processing times are certainly not being processed so they are only perhaps processing at 1 or 2 of their claimed 6 processing times and they should remove that false info from the internet. Also check totes and fixed odds on other sites before betting as the bookies at Sportsbet sure do display false odds and you will very often end up betting on your runner well under the real market price. Do not read into their race form and analysis as they can not be trusted and be sure to snapshot bets as they also reserve the right to void any bet they choose and Won’t hesitate to do so may you have a very big win. Stay a step ahead of them and you will be ok.

Good for a while but I soon worked out that they trick you anytime they can especially during live bets eg. During sports they change market column mid game left to right Or vice versa so be wary and check exactly what you have chosen... Sometimes easier said than done hey. Not recommended sorry
An error on their end led to my bet being voided with absolutely no discussion or attempts to resolve it afterwards. Much like a lot of the other comments on here they have zero interest in customer service and won't even discuss the matters you raise with them, but then have the audacity to send you a feedback form asking how they did.
So rude of the customer service and the betting settlement time is so long and always make mistake. They will always say it is not their business and forward your request to the trade team! Try me, for a happy betting experience, never do with Sportsbet.
