Review Time
I was a customer for a while but they don't honour their bets. If a bet is just slightly in your favour expect them to not honour it on some technicality that won't make sense. My friend bets with Ladbrokes and he never had that issue with same bet.I DO NOT RECOMMEND them at all. Go to anyone else if you want to be treated well and valued as a customer. These people should not be getting any customers. I put picture of my bet so you can see I am not lying. I also have the conversation The same bet was honoured at Ladbrokes. They wanted me to cancel my bet because I had Penrith with only +11.5 and the new bet they wanted me to place was at +19.5. Do your self a favour and DO NOT USE THEM! They did not make any effort to help me or work around it! Worst support and customer service!
Worst customer service ever. I had opened my account the previous night and for some reason they wouldn't accept my debit card (even though over wagering platforms do Bet365 and TAB). So I decided to transfer money using my bank account and was checking regulary to see whether my money had reached my account only to find I had been locked out so I contacted them via their live chat.The first guy asked me whether I agree to the terms of service so, I click on the link have a scroll through and by the time I click back he has disconnected the chat. Surely it is illegal for these people to ask me in a chat to effectively sign a contract and not give me appropriate time to read said contract.The second bloke dosen't ask me to agree to the trrms of service (thankfully) and actually identifies the problem. I had apperently oppened a previous account (which I think was BetEasy account that I had opened 3 years early) so he 'fixes' the problem and lectures me in the chat like I had commited some great crime and asks me to log in. Before I could return to the chat on their clunky app and ask him a follow up question this c*** has disconected the chat.I haven't had many customer service experinces in my life always being the type to avoid making a hassel for someone isn't probably making that much. But I work in fruit in veg at my local Woolworths and if I had treated a customer like that I would get my a*** whoped my manger.I can't speak to the quality of their betting services as I never got to make a bet and these thieves will likely end up with my $50. But I can say if you ever a problem you are in for one hell of ride.
they are very unprofessional and discriminative . offered me no bonus bets regarding outage saturday night but gave it to whoever they felt turned over most money and not genuine punters. I know people who got bonus bets who werent even punting . Wouldnt even consider my situation
Cant believe I stayed as long as I did with this company. They just want your money & don't care about good customer service or keeping the customer happy. I was a VIP customer even though I never received anything as a VIP. So many issues with the app & alot of times when they have a cash out option they will just suspend everything 5 minutes into the match & then say it's your fault. How can u trust that???91% bad reviews do I need to say anymore
Absolutely horrible service. Wish beteasy never changed to sportsbetCustomer service is horrible and their service appalling. If you are with sportsbet cancel it right away. There are better services who will look after your needs.
