They will adjust the descriptions of bets after you have placed them and they will manipulate the results of bets against documented factual outcomes in order to resolve a bet in their favour.Customer support is arrogant and couldn't care less about retaining your business. One of the worst SCAM companies I've ever seen.
The biggest SCAMMERS in the betting business!! don't trust them! They've suspended my cashout before the game has even started or sometimes early in the game they will suspended my multi at their discretion, they have done this to me since September this year, what's the point of having a cashout option when most of the time it's suspended? This is how they get ya!! dodgy, greedy c**TS! Pack of frauds and very misleading! DO NOT TRUST THESE SCUMS!!
Terrible phone support. Unwilling to help and unfriendly. I was just about accused of money laundering after I enquired about why there were restrictions on my withdrawal amount.After I emailed them they finally agreed to release my funds back when I threatened legal proceedings. No apologies given for poor support despite having pointed it out to them. They really dont care!
Horrible customer service.New to betting, go into live chat to query about why the cashout kept dropping literally every second I clicked it. Seemed like it was a little misleading (had no idea what was happening) so I just wanted to see if that was normal or a bug. Went into live chat, waited over 10 minutes in app despite first in queue, spoke to "luke" who was dreadful.Kept telling me how they can't cash out FOR me, despite I kept saying that literally wasn't what I was there for nor did I once ask them or enquire about that. I asked for a supervisor as I just wanted someone to actually read what I said, then I get someone who said the same thing. Do they even read your messages? Literally just tell me that cashout prices change every second rather than patronise me about "we can't cashout for you."Thanks for wasting my time.
I win a bet, make the withdrawal & it never arrives. Call them and they say that because I won & it was a large amount it could be fraud so they keep the money & wait to see if I’d call them. Nice how they spin it that they’ve done nothing criminal. Now I gotta call back during business hours to chase my money Never use Sportsbet
Those tyrant sh*thead! They are quick to remove losing bets which is fine but not as quick to pay out the winning bets? Waited almost an hour for one winning bet? They're waiting to see if I can lose the following bets so it cancels out the winning bet. F**king d**ks!
The betting and form guides are excellent but their payments team are unresponsive and unhelpful. You deposit in good faith and the money doesn’t hit your account and you are left to just watch racing.Other betting agencies deposit monies instantly and no problems.Thankfully their are other agencies to bet with
Actually not a bad betting company. Thir horse racing form guide is Outstanding. Infact when i bet on horses I use there betting app form guide.But sadly thats where it ends. I find it impossible to deposit money (i have informed them but like most large companies it seems to difficult it fix programming/coding issues) But never the less i use another app to bet on and use their Horse racing guide.They must have a lot of money because they have these issues in australia for a year now and not done anything to fix it.
