On 23.11.25 I ordered some items for Christmas using the Black Friday deal - meaning I would get a voucher. Except I never did despite my order qualifying One item actually does not fit but it’s now too late to return as over 28 days - why is this not extended for Christmas? I have tried for an hour to contact sports direct or complain but the web links simply take you round in circles
The Astroturf Boots fit awfully when first used. Customer service barely replied to me, and would not let me return them or exchange them. The boots are already breaking after 6 uses, with a section of the front peeling away.
