Genuinely the worst customer service…

Genuinely the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Gave me half a refund for a subscription I got charged for and cancelled months ago yet continued to get billed. Also hung up on me twice without answering any of my questions or even interacting with my messages at all in a meaningful way other than what appears to be copy paste nonsense.

Poor quality pictures, non existent customer support.. Stay clear of this camera.. there are a lot of other options

Flex s dark camera …

It's the second flex s dark camera in two months. Same problem camera loses battery in minutes. The camera is two weeks in the field first it started taking only one picture with each encounter. Then it went from 100 percent to low battery. This is the replacement for one that I had for o ly one month. Customer service doesn't return phone calls when promised. Now they are going to replace this camera with another. For my problems they offered 50.00 to a new camera or future plans.i wouldn't buy another spypoint camera or get another plan so the 50.00 is a waste. Don't buy. Nothing but problems

For the second time in two weeks I have to remove my camera from the woods so customer service can figure out what’s wrong with the update. I would not recommend this camera

bought a flex m

bought a flex m. ,issing solar panel walmart was going to send me one i waited for days on that and they never did send it . so i hung it up using the battery option.worked fine when i installed it on the tree.then next day it nwasnt working . tech support is a nightmare long holds . go into the woods push buttons get them a light show . then they say ok its working now.go back to the house same thing everytime they say its fixed and its not. today i had it with them wasted hours of my time .they are sending me another one hopefully it works. customer support is rude and thinks u are dumb. buyer beware

Bad customer support

Bad customer support! Cameras antenna came loose internally and won’t stay in position and makes for a weaker signal. Called customer support all they want to do is reset it I explained it was broke internally didn’t seem to want to help at all. Will never buy anything from Spypoint again

Complete rubbish

Complete rubbish. I had a Spy Point link and I sent a three times back. I had the camera for about six months and thomasjacks in uk had my camera each time for period of 2 months when I received the new camera, they told me the warranty is from the original camera pure rubbish.but the best about that is they send me the flex m and they send me back my sd card after they Broke the sd they broke in half and they put a sticker on don’t use this card , anybody who wants to buy a pipe my advice is to stay away from them are rubbish

Good pictures but that's it....

Good pictures but that's it. Went through batteries like crazy. To start with if you have any issues the customer service sux. Mine kept getting water inside them somehow when it rained. (which does not happen often where I live) Tried to warranty them and gave up. Both cameras wouldn't function after about 9 months. Canceled my subscription and got charged again for the full year a couple months later after cancelling. I only got refunded for one subscription. Finally gave up on the second camera refund after fighting with them for 3 months. Complete junk. Went back to the brand I used before and have had no issues in the last 6 months. Going through wayyyy less batteries too.
