Claim was made on 10/28/25 and l was told a check would be sent in to days. I was also told l would get an email.It’s now 11/14/25 and no email and no check.Everyone l had contact with on chat or on the phone was no help at all. I sent the required info 3 times and still nothing!My thought is if a warranty claim is made and Allstate drags their feet enough a certain percentage of people will just give up. And go away!
Was so complicate since the beginning lots of questions. Taking so long to resolve this claim like a week the results of mi claim takes long time, I still waiting for my refund is already 2 weeks. They sent me email to told me t more business day to wait for my refund...I'm so disappointed that's what I feel...
