I bought a new computer because my old one was acting up, and no matter what I did, it seemed to be a software glitch no one could fix. Started with the new one, and found out it was doing the same thing as theold one! Went through six levels of techs at AllState and even the most advanced guy couldn't explain what was wrong. We finally concluded it was a Microsoft computer software problem that we couldn't fix. They helped me to return the new computer and resolve the issue. Walmart was also kind in accepting the return. Issue resolved well. Appreciate all the effort to help me get back on track! Good job on everyone's part. Thank you.
The repair man was great, but when you call for a repair I was told that the washing machine had to be broken before I could get somebody out to fix it---I had to go to the laundromat twice when I knew that the computer board wasn't working correctly--- I owned a dry cleaners & laundromat for 19 yrs
