Claim was made on 10/28/25 and l was told a check would be sent in to days. I was also told l would get an email.It’s now 11/14/25 and no email and no check.Everyone l had contact with on chat or on the phone was no help at all. I sent the required info 3 times and still nothing!My thought is if a warranty claim is made and Allstate drags their feet enough a certain percentage of people will just give up. And go away!
I filed a claim with SquareTrade for my cell phone and the replacement they sent was inoperative right out of the box. The phone did not function at all.On top of that, the turnaround time to return the defective phone and receive another replacement took over 10 days. In today’s world, people rely heavily on their phones, and this kind of delay is unacceptable. The process should have been expedited, especially after sending a non-working replacement. Very disappointed with the service and would not recommend SquareTrade for cell phone protection.
