Recently over the last year, I had to file a claim on a appliance that failed to work for me, so I contacted Support through their website and filled out the information not even having to speak to anybody and after 24 hours it was approved. So they gave me the option of which one to choose from to have it shipped to me. I would highly recommend Allstate protection plan.

THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY THAT EVEN AFTER GETTING THROUGH THE PROCESS OF GETTING SOMETHING REPAIRED YOU RECIEVE BACK A PRODUCT THATS WORSE THEN WHEN YOU SENT IT TO THEM!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! THANK YALL SO MUCH FOR YALLS HELP RESOLVING THIS MISUNDERSTANDING BETWEEN ME AND ALSTATE SQUARE TRADE! I purchased a 5 year protection plan through All State on a Samsung TV and in the third year had problems. After trying to reboot the TV, nothing worked. I sent a picture of the screen in and they called it “accidental damage.” I asked that they please send someone to just look at the TV as there was no accidental damage done. They refused to send anyone to actually look at the tv and denied insurance claim based on one picture I sent them. Unbelievably unprofessional and classic insurance company. Pay pay for their “peace of mind” and then immediately deny coverage without lifting an actual finger. Scam artists.
