The transaction went smoothly but did take longer and for me more onerous. The refrigerator ice maker went out. Your employee after some time said I needed to unplug the refrigerator for 24 hours and then see if it worked. Although this may have been necessary to see if the compressor had frozen it required moving all the contents to coolers and other freezers, which took a very long time. After 24 hours it still didn’t work so days later a tech showed up to finally fix the problem.
From delivery at their location, to fulfillment of warranty service to shipping the item back out took quite a while. However, the work they did is solid. Laptop is fully functional, device was cleaned, packaged nicely and arrived to me without incident.5/5 stars for the quality work of whomever they sent the device to, 4/5 stars for how long it took to receive the item back.
