I purchased a 5-year protection plan for my recliner sofa. Cost was over $300. In one year, one armrest and one of the seats "deflated." I submitted a claim and technicians came out to check the issue. They said that they would order replacement parts and would return to fix the recliner. Allstate sent me an email that "loss of resiliency" is not covered by my plan. Considering I weigh 135# and the sofa is only a year old (and how much weight am I really putting on the armrest??!), I find this unacceptable. Very disappointed.
