Worthless

Worthless. Save your money. All claims are immediately denied and there is no appeals process. I have had multiple issues with a sofa I bought at Nebraska Furniture Mart. The latest is structural failure of the frame. Not covered. Denied. Will NEVER buy a warranty again. Furniture quality at NFM is questionable.

Update on Nov 24th…As expected SquareTrade delayed shipping the parts to address my warranty claim. This experience aligns with what I noted earlier about this company… very deceitful company.. DO NOT PURCHASE…This company is deceitful and untrustworthy. Company sells protection plans and then try all tactics to not honor the plan.

Excessive wait time

I had to send my sense 2 in twice to be repaired. The first time took a week and the issue was the same as before. After waiting another week, I was told it couldn’t be repaired. The best part was the short time to receive the replacement watch.
