Recommend, but patience is key

What began as a confusing and frustrating experience transformed into a wonderful gift for my sister. I ordered an embosser from the company. There was minimal communication regarding delivery, leading to some confusion about the delivery process. However, now that I have it, it’s beautiful. I would recommend it, but please be patient as it ships internationally and communication can be a bit unclear.
