Review Time
I have reached out numerous times in regards to a stamp I purchased over a month ago and have still not received even an order ID or tracking number. I emailed this company three different times over the last two weeks with no response. Not only that, you can’t even leave a review on their actual website unless you’re verified. They can post all over their socials for new purchases but can’t handle the paying customers they already have. I highly recommend anyone to use any other site, even Amazon. The worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.
My stamp arrived on time but there must have been an error in the printing of the stamp. It doesn't quite work right. I have bought another one previously that works fine so I know it's not just a setup issue. I've tried to get in touch with them about a replacement with no response. I am more than happy to take this review down once this has been resolved. If I don't have a response via email in a week I will issue a credit card charge back.
The website had great options to ensure every book lover can find a embosser logo that they enjoy. I bought this for a coworker as a going away gift, and she absolutely loved it! The cost was decent, the shipping was acceptable in terms of the time it took (shipped from the UK? to the US) and the quality of the product is great. Highly recommend!
I got it as a gift for my friends birthday and she is absolutely obsessed with it. She keeps telling me about how thoughtful the personalisation of the stamp is and is now asking me where she can purchase more of the foils so she can continue to stamp her book collection!
