purchased as a graduation gift for my GF, shipping is not very quick, but it's also a custom-made piece, so I wasn't too upset by it. The quality of the product is surprisingly good. Parts feel solid and heavy. Stamping paper is very satisfying and noticeable. Great gift for any bookworms in your life.
The product was shipped securely and i got exactly what I expected! We loved our order and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an embosser. Its a high quality product. I only have 2 very small issues:
Shipping is gonna take longer than expected, dont pay for expedited shipping. Thats not their fault I believe however. I paid for it and i feel like i got it within the normal shipping timeframe.
My only other small, and i mean really small issue, was it didnt come with an illustration for how to piece it together. It didnt take us long to figure it out at all, but it would be a small QOL improvement to include with packaging.
The 2 very small issues are the only reason i dont give this 5 stars. but otherwise a great product that i highly recommend.
What a lovely gift. I got a personalised embosser for my book loving husband for our anniversary. He and my daughter have been going mad stamping all the books. It’s really well made and came in a lovely box

I wish it came with instructions.
Also says lifetime warranty was purchased and delivered but no paperwork to confirm.
Great quality product- very satisfied with the stamp itself. It’s heavy and well made and comes in a nice gift box. Just beware that it’s coming from China… it takes awhile for it to arrive & tracking isn’t really possible.
We are pleased with our embosser overall. However, we have noticed that the top part of the decal (the "Library of" section) doesn't consistently emboss as well as the bottom. It seems to be an issue with alignment. Considering the price, I would have preferred it to work flawlessly.
The ordering process for the stock stamp designs was straightforward. The shipping was relatively fast, especially since it originated from the other side of the globe. I'm interested in exploring options for a custom design to match the same handle sets.
I was really looking forward to purchasing a book embosser for my girlfriend for Christmas. The quality appeared to be excellent, and they even included some stickers and a case at no extra charge. However, after placing the order, I realized it was being sent to my previous address instead of my current one. I’m not sure if it was an issue with the app or something else, but I reached out to them immediately to request a change or a refund so I could reorder. A week and four emails later, I've received no response at all. They have already shipped the order to the old address, and I doubt I’ll receive it in time for Christmas, if at all. The total lack of communication from them is shocking. Don’t count on getting any help if you encounter issues. It feels like a complete scam.
