Complete Scam. Avoid them

The only thing I regret is that there were no instructions for installing the print in the handle. I had to ask for help to finally get it done.

Mixed experience

Cons: The website is very slick and gives no indication that the item is shipped from China. Also some of photos of the way the item is presented (in a beautiful gift box) is misleading, as well as the size (I was expecting something more the size of a hole puncher). Presented in a plastic box so looks pretty cheap considering the cost. Item arrived almost 3 weeks after order placed. PRO: It arrived well packaged and the embosser plate is accurate. I chose gold coloured embosser and it is a very lovely item. All in working order, although no instructions on how to assemble it (but resolved with a quick YT video).Tracked delivery with Yodel who gave time and date slot for delivery. Item wrapped in pretty paper. Overall, probably too expensive but works and will make a nice gift. I’d suggest using Etsy or similar with hindsight.
