Review Time
Two times in a row I've ordered products from Staples and the orders never were delivered to me. The go really cheap and have a company called T-Force for delivery. Using the tracking number provided the shipper couldn't even find my order. Staples wasn't able to help and the only people who answer the phones speak very little English...nice enough but they couldn't help. I canceled the order and will NEVER order them again...lots of other options!!!
Some of the staff members are anti-social and lack people skills. I just want to get what I need and leave. I hate even browsing the store. So when your in the Ocala, FL area you might want to bring your own since of humor to add to the atmosphere.
Poor customer service, I ordered a console table over a week ago and was awaiting delivery none the wiser that the console table was out of stock and was not expected to be back in stock until December (and that was an estimate)! No one emailed to notify me of this and I only found out this due to me emailing them to ask how much longer delivery was going to take. There was nothing online when ordering table that it was out of stock/awaiting stock. Poor communication, very disappointed. Will not be ordering from them again. Refund given promptly though.
Purchased Asurion Insurance, they agreed to pay for the covered Printer, I had to BUY the new printer, and then get a Reimbursement 'Gift' card from Asurion. Manager said I could get the money put back on my CC after I got the card from Asurion. Then, after I get the card, Staples said NO, can NOT do. (Next manager said to get a check from Asurion, but They will NOT issue one.) Now past the 30 days!
Sumter.SC I came in for two copies. It was told that I had to use the machine. I have been coming to Staples for over 20 years and I could get copies either from the associate or the machine now I’m from out of town at a funeral in Sumter where I’m from I just needed two copies to put on my vehicle and all I have is prepaid cards so I can’t use the machine so I asked the associate could I please pay them and get you two copies and they refused too… so the point of my review is that how you’re going to deny a paying customer money to hand you so that’s why I’m on here and I will be going to the staple site also it will be the two female associate on duty at 4:35 on November 18, 2023
Well after my recent review things have gone from bad to worse, the new item was supposed to be delivered today BUT again IT WAS NOT! So again a phone call was made and I was told that UPS had tried to deliver it today ALL LIES we were in ALL DAY! You seriously need to change your delivery company! So I’ll keep on waiting!
