I think they overpromise via their marketing and under deliver. Real opportunities are being killed I beleive. They wasted my time and pls remember guys, their initial credit search will affect your records and scores negatively instantly. But my first business manager was straightforward. I think you must outline clearly all thr processes from the home page so everyone understands the complete process as well as impact on their credit scores that your search will print- Response to ReplyWhy can't you then perform the credit check after initial assessment?

Really disappointed. You answer some questions which tell you whether you're eligible, then a credit check is done. I passed both which was great. I then spent so much time and effort transferring my business plan to their format, only to be told I am not actually eligible to apply. Why make me complete a credit score only to then tell me I'm not eligible, this can really effect people in other aspects of their lives.
Access and the opportunity to apply for an unsecured loan was a prime attraction recognising the need for additional funding to take the startup to the next stage.The process took longer and was more detailed than I had anticpated but very thorough.
