I cancelled my insurance when I changed cars in September and contacted you to tell you but because I've not sent or even received my insurance certificate to cancel. I've been getting charged until recently. I've since phoned to sort it out and been passed from department to department and I'm still nowhere near getting it sorted it's ridiculous.
