Placed and paid for order on 25 March 2023. Received parcel 7 MONTHS later on 23 October 2023. I ordered the GARDENA Premium Cleaning Nozzle, but received the regular, plastic Gardena model.

Step Building a NO GO

I've ordered an item on the 16th September 2023,a week later no item was delivered. From the second of October 2023 I started contacting them, frustrated and disappointed as this was a present for my husband birthday (27 Sep 2023).Big promises made that they were moving and the order will be delivered asap. I started to phone them every second day to follow up. The manager went so far to put the phone down in my ear, as I raise my voice cause I had to repeat everything to him every time I contacted him. After a huge fight and even going from Pretoria to Randburg I received the item Monday the 23rd of October 2023.This should have been a 5-7 working day delivery???It was 25 days and a lot of phone calls, frustration and absolute a nightmare. Step Building is a no go for me. Never again.

5 months to potentially receive items and no refund or manager

I ordered these items 5 months ago. They messaged last week to say it's on its way. This after several e-mails and phone calls asking for a refund as I had bought else were, I was finishing my babies room, she is now 4 months old! What's the point of that?
