You killed my online experience ,i live in village and it took me awhile adjust yo buying the essentials online due yo challenges and everything been out of reach.Im happy tha this wasn't a loss ... after 11months i received my package which i didn't need any more because i bought another one after realizing i wasn't gonna receive the one i bought from STEP... Costs implications due to what happened 1. After Spending R980 purchasing from step online avoiding going into town which is 90km away.I ended up going into town which is 90km away ....hiring a car and buying what i already bought .This was an additional R1500 for the items bought including transport in addition to the R980 online purchase. For someone who's unemployed thats alot of money .
Did not deliver as per delivery dates specified on their website. Had to threaten them with my lawyer before delivery was finally made 28 days after I placed my order. The truck also damaged my driveway. The quality of the sand is however good.
Good day, I ordered a drum from you on 12 September 2023, and for the next 3 weeks, I could not get hold of anyone at the store to tell me when my order will be delivered. I received my order on 30/11/2023, after I thought that this was a scam company. They have no customer service. They only contact you when delivery is on the way, and thereafter toy get bombarded with emails. But thorough silence after you pay your money.
This are very bad service full of lies and then they send 12mm and state that it's 16mm thinking that the client is stupid and the 20mm is not even in the delivery. I'm going to see what legal advice can I get to assist me as I paid and it was confirmed that payment was received.
