If you're looking to purchase stylish clothing to wear to an event ir perhaps anytime in the next 6+ months? This brand is NOT for you. I ordered a flame heart t-shirt last november 2024. It's now June 2025 & it apparently "shipped" about a month ago. Tracking hasnt updated in weeks. And apparently once it arrives in your home country it isnt their problem... drop websites are the biggest scam by promising you something then either not delivering or taking months to deliver. Bad buisness, don't buy trash from them. Their drop method & such seems just coherant enough to make you think you're getting a product, but keeps you waiting so long you'd most likely forget you ordered while they bank on your cash.
I bought a jacket labeled “Made in China” and politely asked about the working conditions: fair wages, safe environments, no forced or child labor, etc. It took multiple attempts and follow-ups before I even got a reply – and when I finally did, the answers were vague and evasive. I was told they don’t share that information with the public, and after my statement that I can‘t order anything in the future (still respectfully), ❗️they deleted the entire conversation from discord.❗️No truly ethical brand keeps basic production info a secret. I don’t know if it’s a genuine small business – or just fast and cheap production in China, rebranded as handmade.If you care about transparency, think twice.
This company is seriously amazing with their quality and detail. I couldn't be happier nor more blown away. You really can't go wrong with their original and handcrafted pieces. This site is not a scam, their design are completely their own and I couldn't recommend them more. Not only do they sell clothes but they build a wonderful community that gives back. They offer giveaways, live events, great discounts they communicate well with their customers whether you're a one time buyer or part of the community. I bought 2 pairs of pants, Shibuya pants and the cursed chains ones. What I got was way beyond just a pair of pants. A custom made box, inside it was personal artwork from the company, and even stickers!! The pants felt good, and I loved every part of my purchase. It may take awhile but that is something that comes with outstanding quality such as this. Be patient, your shipment will arrive and you won't be happier nor ever regret buying from stitch spring.
I got the Appa Jacket and Iove it so much. It has really good quality, looks & feels amazing. I've gotten a lot of compliments for it.It took a few months to arrive, but the schedule was posted on the website, so it was transparent what waiting time should be expected.
Honestly have had the worst experience with them. At first I got an email saying the item I ordered didn't pas the quality check and I needed to wait longer which was fine. I waited about 2 months before I reached out to customer service, they where very unhelpful at first not giving me any idea about how long it still was gonna take. When it was finally ready, they so called didn't have my info anymore and I needed to resend it so they could send me a tracking code. After then finally receiving my tracking code and package after 4 months extra it turned out they send the wrong size I orderd an L and got an S. Contact customer support again and after complaining for quite a bit they where only willing to resolve this by refunding 50% of the product since everything is custom made. They initiated the so called refund which would take 2 to 7 business days. Immediately after I received an email saying that due to a glitch in their system the refund was mistakenly initiated twice and if I could pay them the double refund back. I told them I was willing to do so after I saw the refund on my account this is about month ago. I till this day have not received any refund. So basically they were trying to get me to pay more money instead of helping me out with issue they created.
Bro, I will never forget the time I ordered a cardigan and then decided that I didn't want it. So I contacted them to say that I didn't want the piece. (Mind you, I had ordered all 5 pieces from them and I loved them.) It was a Demon Slayer cardigan. I don't remember the name. I didn't like the color, so I emailed them. They told me I should have expected a refund. This was done on 07/11/24. After I got a notification on 09/11/24 that it was being delivered, I then asked them, "Yo, what's up? Why am I not getting my money back? Why are you still sending it to me?" Unfortunately, I was too smooth-brained at that time; I was dealing with the death of a family member to check if they sent me my refund. These guys literally gaslighted me, saying that I was the one at fault for not canceling on time, when I literally canceled it after I ordered it!
Ordered a jacket and a pair of pants from the website and then when I found out that items were made-to-order and there was a six month wait for them I preemptively ordered two more pairs of pants from the site because I assumed I would love them based on the pictures and reviews. Big mistake. I had looked into the sizing very in-depth because the clothing was expensive and postage to Australia is always a hassle. I measured myself and I even emailed Stitch Spring with a sizing question (giving them my measurements in the process). They recommended a size M and since I usually wear an M or S it sounded accurate. Unfortunately when they arrived, all three pairs of pants were much too small (in the waist). Spent over $400 and there's a no return/exchange policy. The worst thing is that I thought I would be a regular customer of this brand but their sizing is way too unreliable to recommend to anyone (unless you've personally tried their clothes on). With the price of their clothing, it's not worth the risk to order something that you should fit into according to all information but just don't.The jacket is great. Comfy and high quality . . . but I can't give above two stars considering that three quarters of my order had inaccurate sizing. Avoid buying from them unless you see them at a pop-up stall or something.
