As an anime lover/streamer, I wanted to support this cause…

How can I be anymore disappointed. As someone who has been a previous customer, I loved their products and was super excited for my sixth package from them. As most people complain about the long timelines and waiting for their packages, I’ve never had an issue for waiting for their products, especially since they are made to order. What I do have a problem with is trying to tell my side of the story and then the company flagging it. I will put it simply, 1 star, simply for the customer service alone. I really wanted to like supporting this company as many of my other anime/gamer friends love them, but I definitely can’t continue on. Absolutely upsetting.

Unprofessional Customer Service

TL;DR: Do not order. Customer service was never any help. Never received order. Was only offered a solution after they discovered I filed a charge back.I placed my order in December of 2024. In June of 2025, I reached out for the first time to update my shipping address as I was moving in August. My order had not shipped out yet, so I was told (and I checked) that my shipping address was updated when I received a reply the next day.August of 2025, I reached out again after waiting a while. I had received a shipping update in July and it still hadn't moved since. I repeatedly checked their estimated timelines, but never saw any updates concerning delays. I received a response stating that it would take anywhere between 30-45 business days to arrive after it had been shipped. I continued to be patient.September 2025, I receive an email stating that my item was delivered. Problem is I was home all day, and it was not. I simply reached out again with concerns. Customer service replied the next day with a completely different tracking number than what they provided me initially. Paired with it was an admission that they mailed it to my previous address, along with photo proof from the courier. The package was not where the courier left it.I replied again asking what their course of correction was going to be, whether a replacement or a refund. This time instead of getting a reply the next day, I was left unanswered. After a week of not getting a response, I emailed once again explaining that since they are not offering a solution, I will be finding a solution of my own instead of just being out $90. I filed a chargeback with my back and provided all the emails and photos as supporting evidence.October of 2025, now a month after my last email to them. They reached out explaining they can't help me anymore since a chargeback has been filed. All of a sudden they wanted to send a replacement, but could not/would not do so until I cancelled the charge back. I told them that it was unacceptable and unprofessional to make someone wait a month for a reply after admitting fault. They replied again almost begging to have the charge back cancelled so they could "do everything we can to make it right".Throughout the whole experience I was patient and polite each and every time I contacted them. It does not matter to them what we think. They do anything they can to try and hide negative feedback.

Really really bad

Really really bad. I did get the items but the quality is really bad. Loose strings and random holes everywhere. The hoodie zipper is cheap plastic and is hard to get going because they sewed the fabric in a way that it gets in the way when trying to zip. The embroidery floss is just loose strings on the back and is already unraveling and I haven't even worn it! I want my money back but custumer service is pretty much nonexistent! Do not buy!

A whole year for an order

A whole year for an order, then they lost my package. Asked more money to plan another delivery that took 5 more month to end up with "we don't have any available".That's unprofessional.

Yes I had to wait long. But the staff replied kindly to my messages and was always available. And the wait was worth it, the piece is great and my favourite clothing right now :)

Only 1 degree short of a full on scam

Pretty abysmal customer service, shipping time and product. I only got part of my arcane chaos order and it was not as good of quality as I expected on top of taking 7 or 8 months to get here. It seems like the material is good quality but it seems unfinished, loose strings everywhere, bits frayed and missing. Not just that but I didn't even get my entire order. I get no response from customer service and the discord mods are just as useless and are honestly pretty rude. I've seen people get banned in there for asking questions and being rightfully upset. Definitely would never order from them again. Im about to just contact my credit card and file a chargeback because I highly doubt I'll be sent the correct or missing items. I wouldn't bother with this company.

BEST EXPERIENCE

I absolutely love my pieces from the Stitch Spring! I have over 15 pieces + from them! The quality is incredible (I have from the Chaos, Avatar, JJK, and Spirit collection! Everything feels thoughtfully made and super comfortable to wear?! I really like how they think of the smallest details like zippers or even the custom buttons. I’ve already gotten so many compliments on them ! The shipping is long but worth the wait! I would say a lot of complaints come from waitng times but quality wise these peices are so unique and bring so much life to my wardrobe!

Bad customer service stops me supporting stitch spring

*Edit Stitch spring flagged my review for defamation, trust pilot restored it. I don't agree with the company trying to hide opinions of customers simply because they are negative. It backs up my review claiming they hide negative feedback/issues customers have. I really wanted to love Stitch spring. I had purchased second hand in the past without issues and found the quality great. Ordered from the Chaos drop and the size chart was crazy off. Any comments made on discord discussing sizes were deleted/warned to stop spamming make own sale post. I randomly got booted from both discord servers (ventis vision too) within 10 minutes. Having social anxiety I dont post often and like to remain invisible so I can 1000% say it was no fault of mine to be removed from the servers. I emailed stitch spring saying im unhappy having open orders with them not being able to see drop updates etc so would like back in the discord or the order cancelled. They tried to make me pay a fee for cancelling. Quickly backtracked when reminded preorders shouldn't have a cancellation fee as no product has been made. They have now refunded my recent ventis vision order and blocked me from purchasing again. The customer service is beyond terrible. I commented on a tic tok video sharing my experience and they reported me for "sexually suggestive content"(i appealed and it got restored) The company produces lovely clothes but I cannot and will not support people with questionable morals. It feels like they do everything they can to cover up negative reviews instead of working with customers to come up with a splution/stop issues happening in the future. This brand had the potential to be amazing but they keep ruining their own reputation. I have seen comments made from mods threatening to report members on discord to get them banned for sharing their opinion. All of this has made me completely give up on wanting to support stitch spring. They posted a new giveaway on reddit*share a positive review or something* to try cover up the fact so many people had made posts sharing negative reviews. I dont believe its fair business practice to flood false positive reviews and delete/block loyal customers who had concerns. I had purchased 6+ items from stitch spring but will not be purchasing from them again and I'd warn others to be cautious too.I seen in the discord there was alot of issues with receiving the wrong sizes/items or packages getting lost and being offered $5-$15 as a solution. No personal experience of that myself but still worth sharing for others.

Horrible company horrible practices

Size charts are off, huge variation of quality between the same product (bought 2 of the shark hoodie in the same size for a friend and one of them has weak pocket attachments and can't be zipped up without fully peeling all of the fabric back, while the other is fine), and goodluck getting anything more than a 5$ courtesy refund despite all of that, got warned on the discord for even trying to have a discussion about my disappointment with these products, the chaos croptop measurements were so off that I got a size 4 sizes below the size i needed according to the size chart and it was still too big. Nobody seems to know what's going on at all.
