Given long shipping times and big promises I was very suspect at first however after 6 months my order has arrived and I am very very happy.The quality of everything is high, it feels like it has been made with care and attention. The small details on each item (I got a Monkey Bomb Variety Jacket and a T shirt) are all very good quality.The price of each item can seem steep in a world of fast fashion but you very much get above and beyond what you pay for.It's not the sort of thing I will splash out on every time, however I would say if you are willing to wait and care about quality in your merch Stitch Spring are definitely worth it.
Really love stitch spring! The clothing is all hand made and worth the money. I got their arcane inspired fits. The only thing I don’t like is elastic draw strings if I’m paying a hundred bucks I think making them out of actual cloth would probably be easier (made out of scraps)and better. Everything does take awhile to come if you live in America, It took them almost the full 6 months from ordering to when it got to me. Just a week or two short from the full 6 months but it’s worth the wait and what you get with sustainable fashion especially niche things like what they make. The packaging is very nice the clothing is very high quality and looks great.I wish they would keep things up for longer as I missed out on some drops because didn’t have the money at the time and they vaulted it but I’m hoping bc it’s vaulted it will come back at some point. Anyway, really happy with this brands clothes.
I first found stitch spring when I was looking for a Yuji Itadori jacket for a holloween costume. I didn’t realize it at the time but it was a pre-order and I wasn’t able to go as Yuji. (I dressed as Toji instead) When the jacket arrived I immediately loved it and even ordered a Jinx jacket and pants when they did an Arcane drop. Their items are really good quality and look amazing and I’m patiently waiting for when they drop another line that i’m interested in and i’ll def be buying it.
I feel like most of the bad reviews are people who forgot to read the timeline of their pre-order items lol I just had to wait and bam my stuff is on the way during the month they said it would be. Products arrived and they're made of nice fabric that doesn't feel as cheap as shein. Only downside I can think about was one of the buttons for my cardigan loosening up after a month of wear, but it was easy to sew back on and I'm still wearing it around to work. No problems with the jacket so far. Would recommend!
Everything was worth the wait and the price. The packaging, the customer service, the quality of the garment, and they even included a few extras in the order.I ordered the Howl's Moving Castle cardigan for my son and it's his favorite jacket now. The quality is amazing, super soft, and not something you can just get off the rack at the store.Because their products are ethically made, the shipping did take quite awhile. I ordered the cardigan in November and did not receive it until June, but it worked out because instead of a Christmas present, it ended up being a great birthday gift ^_^. I'll admit I was nervous waiting, but anytime I got anxious and reached out, customer service was ready to assure me when it would be arriving and that they were working on the order. I'm actually planning on making an order again. It's much more meaningful to have a unique piece that won't fall apart like the stuff at Hot Topic.
I have purchased from this company at least 14 times, and every time I have never been disappointed and have always been more than happy with the overall experience. I recently received my latest order which was the Howl Cardigan, Calcifer T-Shirt, Cat Cardigan, and Spirit Cardigan. I absoutely adore every piece so much, they're all so comfy to wear and the quality is so amazing. I also received a canvas print, a thank you note, and stickers. Like I said never been disappointed and so happy to add these beautiful pieces to my collection. I see a lot of bad reviews on here, but I think a lot of people are being extremely unfair and completely skipping over or just not reading the timelines at all. I think many people believe each drop or collection is in stock or on hand. It states on their website, unless said otherwise that everything is pre-order. From my understanding, it takes an estimated wait time of 6 months from production to delivery. So, of course, you're not going to receive it in like 2 or 3 months, which I have noticed a lot of people expect from this small business. Trust me, I get 6 months being a long time to wait, but I can happily say as a customer that the wait is worth it and you will always receive your product. I think a lot of people tend to overlook Stitch Spring as not being a small business, which they are. Just because they gained a lot of popularity, but at the end of the day they're still a small business, and from what I have learned it's a small team that does everything from planning and launching the drops/collections, production, to shipping. Everything they make is also handmade as well, it's not meant to be handled roughly, and more so for casual or cosplay wear. The buttons tend to be loose on some pieces, but personally I don't mind that because if I want them more secure then I can just add an extra stitch myself, but I noticed that when buttons are securely sewn into the piece there is a greater chance of it breaking off from the tension. Stitch Spring also has an amazing Discord community as well, where you can chat and hang out with other Stitch Spring customers, and they're so welcoming along with their staff/mod team. I have noticed, though, the staff/mods are treated a lot like customer service when they state everywhere that if you have any specific order inquiries to contact their customer service, because they're absolutely right, the staff there are not customer service. The staff there are so nice though and so helpful, but it's so heartbreaking for some people to take their frustaions and impatience out on them when they really only know so much information so it's always best to contact their customer service if you need further help so there staff team doesn't get overwelmed. I have noticed recently there was delays especially everything going on right now with the tarrifs but their staff has been so helpful and commincative on updates and reassuring me that I will still be receiving my items it's just taking a little longer than usual but that's okay because I know it will be worth it. I would 100% purchase from this company, overall you won't regret it, and I can promise you that you will have a great experience like myself has had every single time I have placed an order and received it, making me a very happy customer.
Wanted refund considering the package took months (not including the processing / creation time ), took me into the next year to get a response and when I did they ghosted again. Order was shipped out OCT of 2024. They didn't get back to me until JUN of 2025, only to not reply anytime after that. It's currently SEPT of 2025. Yeah, an absolute joke.
I honestly feel the need to speak up because the amount of negative comments about Stitch Spring is starting to get frustrating. I have ordered from them multiple times, and my personal experience has been consistently positive.Stitch Spring is very transparent about their production process. It is clearly stated on their website that the items are not shipped immediately, but are produced later. You can see this information before ordering, so there are no hidden surprises. In my experience, if production takes longer, they also send update emails, at least that has always been the case for me.Yes, the waiting time is long. I waited around 8 months for my orders, both times. But this was something I knew from the very beginning and consciously agreed to. If you are expecting fast fashion shipping times, this is simply not the right shop and that doesn’t make it a scam.What really makes the wait worth it is the exceptional quality. I own all pieces from the Avatar Collection as well as the Jinx hoodie, all of which are over a year old now. I’ve worn them a lot, and they still look amazing, no noticeable wear, no loss of quality.The Appa jacket is incredibly thick and warm. I actually use it as a replacement for a winter jacket in freezing temperatures, and it keeps me warmer than my Tommy Hilfiger down jacket. The Jinx jacket is very detailed and filigree, with lots of fine threads. To be honest, I initially thought it might fall apart quickly but it hasn’t. It’s still holding up perfectly.There are many fake shops on Instagram, and I say this as someone who has unfortunately fallen for them before. But Stitch Spring is definitely not one of them. They deliver exactly what they advertise as long as you understand and accept their production time.If you value unique designs, high-quality craftsmanship, and are willing to be patient, Stitch Spring is absolutely worth it.
